Get to know your Barista…

Here’s a link to a great piece (and part of a great series) that blogTO did on one of the fantastic staff members that I’m so fucking lucky to have working here at the shop. Without the likes of Aerin and the rest of the crew we’d be just another shop with an unremarkable staff serving up unremarkable coffee (well, we’d still be serving the same coffee we do now so maybe not unremarkable, though I do realize it’s not just what’s in the cup but the person putting it there, as well).
