So! We finally named our espresso machine! After years and years of service and reliability we named it after an equally famous (infamous) figure whom we figure both garnishes thoughts of fear and respect at the same time:

Charleton Heston!

Whattaya think?

We even keep a shotgun underneath the machine!

dirty SOUTH

Heyyyyyy it’s been a while since we’ve done this. I guess I should let you guys know about the goings-on and stuff. Answer: Ain’t shit happenin’!  just kidding. Big change: black metal friday is dead and we’ve replaced it with Dirty south friday. nothing but southern hip hop for hours on end (if chris and I are working together.

this is a taste of what we’re doing now.

Next big thing; we have a Nicaraguan single origin bean as our feature press right now. It’s a darker roast than usual, but it tastes surprisingly good. Besides that,we are still pulling Ethiopia Sidamo as a single origin espresso and it is still tastin’ like blueberries. Eat one today.

Aside from those chunks of news here’s one more: someone is stealing our bandwidth and making the internet slow. Cmon dude, wtf?
